针对目前在山地城镇建设中出现的忽视山地独特而敏感的自然和人文生态环境，盲目地沿袭平原城市的规划理念与方法，从而导致生态环境的破坏、城市结构的混乱、城镇地方特色的消失等一系列问题，以“可持续发展”思想为指导，运用景观生态学原理和系统工程方法，从山地城镇景观规划的角度出发，通过对景观生态格局、绿色开放空间体系、视觉空间品质、地方历史文化风貌、山水美学意境等几方面的式图建立一种适应山地生态环境，引导山地
