摘要

以员工个性的研究为切入点，通过对员工激励主观和客观必要性的分析，提出了员工激励的一些主要手段，特别针对为员工个人发展提供机会这一问题展开了较为详尽的讨论，并对如何使员工的发展与企业的目标相匹配提出了自己的一些看法。

Abstract

In this paper

starting from the study of employee's individuality

the main methods of encouraging employee are put forward through analyses of the subjective and objective necessity. A detailed discussion on how to offer chances for individual promotion is carried out and some viewpoints of how to harmonize the individual promotion with the corporation development are brought out.
