摘要

投标人在标函有效期内不得擅自撤回投标或修改标函。当投标出现错误时，在决标前，可以予以修改或允许撤回投标，在签订合同后，可以变更或解除合同对投标人予以法律救济。

Abstract

The bidder can't make bold to withdraw the bid or to modify it in the period of validity of the bid. When the bid error takes place before decision on a tender

the bid is granted to modify or withdraw. After the contract has been entered into

it can be changed or canceled

then the bidder is given a remedy at law.
