摘要

随着全球经济的发展，全球经济一体化越来越显著；各个国家和地区都不由自主地加入到为个大循环中去。中国，作为一个发展中国家，不断地适应国际化的挑战，同时也积极地抓住发展经济的大好机遇，毅然加入了世界贸易组织。它在经济发展水平上的滞后性严重影响了它应有的地位，导致了一系列的经济纠纷。通过探索全球经济一体化的动力因素，揭示了世界经济的不公正秩序；中国应吸取跨国企业的成功经验，积极提升产业结构和转变经济增长方式，在国际竞争中发挥其应有的关键作用。
