摘要

分析了我国住宅产业的发展趋势，较系统地研究了居住区环境评价的特点，提出了居住区环境质量综合评价指标体系，包括环境要素，环境设施和环境管理等三个方面指标，根据可比性，可操作性，独立性和综合性原则，注重有关居民健康，舒适，方便，安全，美化的评价，选择居住区环境质量综合评价指标，提出了居住区环境质量综合评价模式。
