兼顾安全，经济，合理的原则，集中探讨了储水池的设计，水泵的取水方式，水泵的选择，防噪减振和泵房设备布置的几个关键点，结合工程实践，提出了建议，从而指明了如何进行高层建筑地下泵房给水设计，即生活与消防储水是合用还是分设储水池，水泵以何种取水方式最为经济，水泵防噪减震的方法，如何选择水泵最为有效，防超压

房设备如何布置最为合理。
