摘要

在环保发展的时代，建筑企业面对激烈的市场竞争和政府，公众的双重压力，必须调整自身的步伐，采取可持续发展战略，走绿色化道路，通过对绿色企业的特点分析，指出绿色企业战略与一般企业战略的主要区别，提出了建筑企业向绿色企业转变的具体措施和建议，对建筑企业绿色战略进行了初步探讨，为建筑企业在新形势下取得经济效益和环保效益双丰收指出了一条发展道路。
