摘要

沥青旋转窑炉是把沥青加热到40～60℃后，沥青变为稀稠状和石料混匀成为沥青路面混合料的一种工业窑炉，其主要污染物为未完全燃烧的柴油烟气。为了使污染物达标排放，工程实践中采用了XCX—I型(0．5t)反旋风除尘器。在进口烟气流量为2095m^3／h、温度148℃、含尘浓度612mg/m^3、林格曼黑度3级的条件下，经系统处理后，出口烟气温度65℃、含尘浓度为25mg／m^3，林格曼黑度为0～1级，达到国家二类区烟尘排放标准，实际除尘效率达96％。
