摘要

在智能评估系统中单独使用神经网络或传统专家系统技术都有其局限性，二者必须相互取长补短。将神经网络与专家系统相结合是开发智能评估系统的一条比较实际的途径。采用相对独立法，应用黑箱模块结构形成了一种新的智能评估系统结构框架，并据此原理提供了一种开发更接近人类思维过程的智能评估系统的编程实现方法。

Abstract

As a single system of evaluation

both neural network (NN) and traditional expert system (ES) have many limitations. Developing evaluation system integrating NN with ES is an available way to offset their weakness. With black-box module

a new frame of evaluation system is developed in relative independent method. Then

a way of programming and realizing evaluation system

which is more close to human thinking

is put forward.
