结合目前各城市机动车的发展水平

阐明居住区停车配建指标的制定原则

提出如何按照多因子设计方式制定一套适应新的发展形式需要的停车配建指标体系

并对其多元化实施方式进行探讨。

Abstract

According to the motor vehicles development in modern cities

this article explains the principles of establishing a parking index for residential areas and puts forward how to establish a set of new parking index to be adapted to the developing situation

meanwhile

the implement of multi-factor design pattern is discussed.
