Experimental study on interface properties between geogrids and sand and reinforcement displacement distribution of reinforced soil structures based on pullout tests
“In the field of civil engineering, a new study has delved into the interaction characteristics of the reinforcement soil interface in reinforced soil structures. The study revealed the nonlinear decreasing law of reinforcement displacement, as well as the effects of interface normal stress, compaction degree, moisture content, and pulling rate on reinforcement displacement. The results indicate that strict control of the moisture content of the fill and the deformation of the reinforcement soil interface are crucial for the effective use of reinforcement materials.”
