Strength of lunar regolith simulant reinforced by MICP
“In the field of building materials, researchers have used microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation technology to reinforce simulated lunar soil, and found that increasing the number of reinforcements and the concentration of cementing solution can significantly improve the strength of lunar soil, providing a new approach for lunar construction.”
