    • BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHODS FOR PLATES ON TwO-PARAMETER ELASTIC FOUNDATION

      摘要:In this paper,the boundary element methods are applied to analyse the plates ontwo-parameter elastic foundation according to two boundary integral equations.The bending mo-ment,torsion and shear force at any point of plates are discussed by means of the theory of elasticitymechanics.An example and a plate in practital engineering are analysed.The resulta show that thereare high efficiency,good accuracy and little storage with this method.

In anti-seismic analysis,bend-torsion coupling vibrationis compared with plane vibration.Earthquake actions from any different directions for the structureare analysed also.The result of using direct dynamic analysis method is compared with that of usingSRSS method.

      摘要:Through the comparative tests of prestressed and non-prestressed brick-walls un-der the repeated lateral loading,the effect of the prestress-force to the strain distribution in the non-prestressed bars of the structural columns has been investigated.This effect is beneficial:the pre-stress-force will reduce the value of strain in the bars of the lower part in the columns and uniformize the strain distribution along the whole height of the columns.Furthermore,instead of a strainreduction,the strain of prestressed be will increase along with the increasing of the lateral load.Thus,the coefficient of prestress-force-increase could be calculated in the tWo stages of the crack-resistance and ultimate bearing capacity.As a result,both the prestressed and non-prestressed barsare able to give the potential of their bearing capacity a full play,and improve the earthquake-resis-tant property.

      摘要:This paper pressnts a new boundary integral equation method for solving exteri-or boundary value problems of three-dimensional Heimheltz equation by using the multiple reciproc-ity method.Firstly,integral representations of the solution in an exterior domain as well as on itsboundary,which have the peculiarity that integral kernels are infin ite seriesea developed from thenormal fundamental solution of Laplace equation and independent of the wavenumber,are given andproved under the Dirichlet condition.Then,based on the representation of the solution on the bound-ary,boundary integral equations for solving the Dirichlet and the Neumann boundary value prob-lems are obtained,and remarks for some problems concerned with solving these integral equationsnumerically are made.Finally, the advantages of the proposed method,as compared with the conven-tional boundary element methods,are summarized.

      摘要:In the paper,the weighting function is investigated which plays an importantpart in nonlocal strain softening damage model.Its expression is derived and behaviours including therelationship between the weighting function and the characteristic length of heterogeneous materialsare analyzed.The method for calculating monlocal quantities is also presented.Selecting of theweighting function has important significance for more objectively establishing nonlocal damagemodel and analysis of damage of heterogeneous materials by numerical methods.
