摘要:In this paper the necessity and urgency of reforming the operating mechanism of building market are discussed.It suggests that the improvement of quality of builing engineering in China can be ensured in aspects of system and operating mechanism only through the reforms in responsibility mechanism, competition mechanism,supply and demand mechanism,price mechanism,security mechanism and supervision and control mechanism.

摘要:This paper is attempted to solve the problem of contradiction of building energy efficiency with indoor air quality.Quadrangle has the character of improving indoor air quality,since it always refreshes air intelligently.The courtyard has a long air column covering over the courtyard and the insulation of such a thick air layer can resist heat loss.As oxygen from outer space enters the courtyard,the energy can be recovered by oxygen.So,the contradiction of building energy efficiency with indoor air quality can be solved.The indoor air quality can be improved by the quadrangle combined with solar houses.

摘要:In accordance with the behaviours of thick plates under the in-plane and transversal loadings,and introducing the concept of equivalent load, the coupled equations for the problem have been deduced with the theory of BEM in this paper.Thus a new method is presented for solving the problems of interaction of superstructure and foundation and subsoil,as well as for the problems of the thick plates under the complicated loadings.
摘要:On the basis of analysing the defaults occuring in normal design,a new method of optimum design for individual foundation is put forward in this paper.This method can solve some problems successfully such as the strengh and deformation can be considered at the same time,which cannot be done in the current specification.The optimal mathematical models of individual foundation design and the bottom surface dimension design under eccentric load are derived.The optimal solution is decided by method of optimization and the method selected is penalty function and complex method, and the programs of optimum algorithm have been compiled and design and drawing of individual foundation have been completed. The final result suggests that a fair-sized economic efficiency can be obtained by using optimum method for foundation design.

摘要:In this paper,based on reference a method to solve the problem with equality constraints is given.A new approach for solving these problems is obtained,the number of dimensions of corresponding system or equations is less than that of the classic Lagrangian multiplier approximation.Using nonlinear equality constraints,the approximate algorithm is obtained.Moreover,the numerical difficulty is reduced by means of the new algorithm.
