摘要:The stress and deformation of thin-wall beam formed structure is calculated by "movable coordinate method" of warping theory on computer. By comparison with the classical theory of thin-wall structure, it is proved that the new theory is correct and the results are credible. On this basis, the advantage of this method and the future of its application are reviewed.
摘要:In this paper, a shaking table test for large-span underground structure is introduced. Based on the test, the frequency of inherent vibration, damping ratio and the dynamic response of the structure are studied. The response of the underground structure for vertical seismic excitation is studied as a key point. With the different imbedding depth, the influence of interaction of soil and structure on the earthquake-resistant capacity of the underground structure is discussed.
摘要:In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of economy in China, the capital support is needed for the real estate industry. However, the healthy development of China's real estate was obstructed by the limitation of traditional financing ways. So the Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) becomes a new feasible solution to this problem. In this paper, the primary conception, functions and the development of ABS overseas are introduced. Then the attention to the operating models, operating procedures and legislation environment is focused. Finally, the practical condition for application of real estate securitization in China is analyzed and relevant countermeasures are put forward.
摘要:Diversified management is a strategic decision for many enterprises at some stage in the course of their development, but in practice, there are examples showing that some of them are successful and some may fail. The full development of the enterprises leading business, formation of the key competitive ability, the strategic target of the relevant industries associated with diversified management, the opportunities and approaches for diversified management are discussed in this paper. The following conclusions have been drawn: the full development of leading business and formation of key competitive ability are the basis of the enterprise's diversified management. The area for diversified management should be strategy-related industries, as for the approach to diversified management; the first choice is absorbing firms. The opportunity possibly entering into the market of diversified management must be the best gearing point between the most favorable situation to develop industry and the enterprise's key competitive ability, which should be fully considered. It is hoped that the study will be helpful for the enterprises.
