      摘要:Economic argumentation for urban development should be the foundation of urban planning,because the economic development is the basis of urban development.In this paper,the connotation,types and composition of the economic costs of urbanization are discussed and the economic costs of urbanization in Chongqing municipality are calculated according to its economic and social development.On this basis,the future level of urbanization is calculated in the light of the economic capabilities to bring along development of urbanization in Chongqing municipality and the demand of funds for urban development in the future is calculated according to the economic costs of urbanization in Chongqing municipality.

      摘要:The energy-conserving environmental protection and the culture characteristic protection are two themes to the sustainable development of modern city,and the green lighting project is an important condition to ensure sustainable development of the city.But now,in some lighting projects the energy consumption and economy power capability were ignored;some design tactics are identical and in the green lighting projects the whole lighting of the city was not considered,which cause the crisis of losing the city characteristic.This paper proposes the green view of city lighting planning,and points out that the energy conservation,environmental protection,economic feasibility and culture characteristic must be considered synthetically in the city green lighting planning and design to guarantee sustainable development of the city.

      摘要:A contradiction existed in "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone(JGJ-134-2001)" is pointed out through calculations and the contradiction is perfectly solved by means of interrelation principle between window and wall.At the same time the constant form principle of equal thermal resistance in parallel connection between window and wall is advanced to make the controlling indexes for enclosure in buildings satisfy perfectly the requirement for energy efficiency.

      摘要:With the development of reform and opening-up and the continual innovation of government function in China,the notion of city management will be used to each field of city development,thus the competition between cities will be more active.How to found function-oriented strategies of city management is a significant issue for showing city's imagery and improving city's ability in competition.Taking an example of Fuling,this paper analyzes the times background and defines the sorts of strategic resources in the course of Fuling's development.Meanwhile,this article determines the function and the imagery of Fuling based on the real background and strategic resources.At last,it gives suggestions on the strategies of city management in Fuling.

      摘要:In this paper,notions on appropriate technology for the Steel Construction Congregated Apartments are proposed in order to deal with the technical impediment that arises from applying steel structural techniques to the congregated apartments.The appropriate technology for the steel construction congregated apartments is defined as systematic technologies that are in harmony with the status quo of Chinese productive force level,social culture and building technology,and as the strategies of choosing or balancing technology according to sustainable development principle.The principal design and constructing strategies of appropriate technology are as follows:(1) organization of residential space combined with steel construction techniques,(2) suitable structural system,(3) a new idea of fire resistance,and(4) kit building technique etc.A technological concept analysis about an ideal model of a steel construction system congregated apartment combined with the appropriate technology is also presented.

      摘要:Based on GPS technology,this paper studies the dynamic characteristic under ambient excitation of major blocks of Chongqing University and analyze excitation data and verifies the excitation scheme.The result of research indicates that the building vibration frequency can be obtained accurately and quickly to monitor dynamic characteristic of buildings under ambient excitation with GPS.It provides reference for structural design of high-rise building and basis of correcting error of construction accurately.

      摘要:Compared with column bored pile,the bored pile with branches and plates is a new type of piles with higher bearing capacity and lower settlement.Field comparative tests related to ultimate bearing capacity of both the bored piles with branches and plates and column bored piles at the same site in Huzhou city of province Zhejiang in China were studied through self-balanced method under static pressure.The results testify that,compared with column bored pile under the same geological conditions,the bored pile with branches and plates can obtain better economic benefit such as: increasing ultimate compressive bearing capacity and ultimate extraction bearing capacity used per cubic meter concrete over 75.3%and 118.9%respectively,while dropping consumption of reinforced concrete upwards of 41.9%and 44.1% respectively,reducing settlement and pile length under the same loading.The tests will present an objective reference to the new type of piles in both theoretic study and application to analogous engineering.

      摘要:For the super-large section tunnel due to its super large span and flatness,together with the effect of various processes and excitation of surrounding rock during construction,the mechanical behavior of super-large section tunnel is quite complicated.Making use of the "CTSSSRH",the physical analogue for simulating the construction dynamic process of super-large section tunnel in different construction methods is experimented.The rule of surrounding rock displacement and strain development is studied and the reasonable construction method is put forward.

      摘要:This paper introduces the efficient computer aided design method to optimize the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams by combining FEM for structure analysis with optimization arithmetic and an efficient shearing force link model of steel-concrete composite beams.The authors established a finite element analysis model,optimization parameter model,optimization mathematics model of steel-concrete continuous composite beams and programs analysis file and optimization control file by using the ANSYS parameter design language. The optimum of the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section is obtained after computing and the optimization result indicates that this method is efficient in optimizing the section of steel-concrete continuous composite beams.So it could be applied extensively in the steel-concrete continuous composite beams section optimization design.

      摘要:For making the theoretic results close to the fact,two methods used to calculate the internal force of beams with finite length bearing several point loads and on soil foundation were compared.These two methods were based on the Winkler's assumption and the half-space elastic foundation theory respectively.Through theoretic analysis,the difference between the two methods was found.And with the aid of FLAC~(3D) analysis,it was clear that the results deduced by the method based on the Winkler's assumption were more close to the fact.

      摘要:The study shows that there will be a good effect to degrade printed circuit board(PCB) waste stripping liquid using UV/Fenton homogeneous photochemical catalysis system.The removal rate of COD could reach 80% at the conditions with double dose of H_2O_2,1:20 mol ratio of Fe~(2+):H_2O_2 and 80min hydraulic retention time(HRT).In all influential factors the H_2O_2 dosing ratio is the most important by order,then follows the ratio of FeSO_4/H_2O_2,and at last the illumination time.

      摘要:Based on the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model,the two-dimensional water quality model is presented in this paper.According to the numerical simulation and analysis of water environment quality at different frequency floodwater,it concludes that the flood runoff is the first factor for the water environment quality,and points out that the water environment quality is better in low frequency flood than that in high frequency in respect of organic contamination,in addition,the concentration of heavy metal in high frequency flood tends to be increased greatly.

      摘要:The surface of modified EPS can be changed from the character of water-repellent to hydrophilic,and be wetted by freshly mixed portland cement paste.A new thermal insulating mortar with good properties of workability,thermal insulation,climate-resisting and crack-resisting can be made modified EPS as light aggregate and cement as binder,and modified with fiber and polymer.This new type of insulating mortar can be used as exterior wall thermal insulation,which breaks the limitation of traditional insulating mortar only as interior insulation.It has been widely used in civil engineering.

    • Research of NanoTiO2 - modified Exterior Wall Coatings

      摘要:The nano-TiO_2 power is dispersed into traditional exterior wall coatings by surface-active agent,super shear instruments and ultrasonic dispersions,the properties of the coatings are studied.The experiments show that the overall properties of the coatings are evidently improved with addition of 0.5%wt dispersed nano-TiO_2 powders.This paper discussed the suitable dosage of nano-TiO_2 and its adaptability to the latex.

      摘要:The construction industry could be developed as a pillar industry of the national economy,since it has a strong pulling role in economic growth.However,little definite empirical evidence supports this argument.Using co-integration and Granger causality tests and error-correction model with taking Sichuan for an example,this article studies both short-term and long-term effects of the construction industry on the economy growth.Empirical tests show that in the long term the economy maintained equilibrium relations with the construction industry.A growth in the construction industry will lead to the economic growth;however the pulling role of the construction industry on the economy is limited.A growth in the construction industry will not predict economic growth in the short run.Thus,for Sichuan case the government is unable to stimulate the economy by focusing on development of the construction industry in the short run.Instead,in order to promote long-term development of the national economy it could implement stable and healthy development policies for the construction industry.

      摘要:In this paper the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics is used to set up the case-based reasoning(CBR) mathematic model system on the price-estimation of the land-rental and the related process and conditions of its application are suggested.The calculation example of CBR in land business demonstrates that the CBR model is effective;it can be used as the reference for the decision-making on estimating the price in land business.

      摘要:The management of urban reconstruction is a process of game between the government and developers.It is helpful that the interest and its equilibrium for the relative parties involved in the reconstruction process are considered during the formation of government policy.This paper analyzes the environment for the policy constitution and establishes a model for strategy making based on the game theory.This model provides a basic foundation to improve the management ability of the government in the reconstruction process.Finally,in this paper some strategic issues are suggested to cope with the challenges from urban reconstruction in China.

      摘要:This paper analyzes contractor's pricing connotation during bidding period with the implementation of National Standard GB50500-2003 and publish of document JB \206,expatiates the contents of measurements during construction period.Considering the problems derived from expenses of measurements during accounts settlement stage,a classified management method according to the characteristics of these measurements is put forward,and one step further,the rational pricing method of measurement items during the bidding period is suggested.

      摘要:The system of house-owner committee is the base for establishing a new system which combines the self-government of proprietorship and the professional management of property-management company.Because of the underdevelopment of house-owner committee system and its imperfect legislation in China, a lot of problems still existed.The main problems are: the lack of proper legal position of house-owner committee;a lot of improper regulations existed in the foundation of house-owner committee;inexplicit definition of the character of the contract of property service;the lack of detailed rules of supervising house-owner committee,etc.Through probing into today's house-owner committee system,this article figures out some problems and gives some suggestion and comment based on these problems.
