摘要

智能建筑的出现带来了设计方法的变革，它强度电子技术与其他相关技术（包括结构，系统，服务和管理技术）的整合。在智能建筑设计中，建立一个可以容纳电信，自然采光，人工照明，空调系统及信息交流系统的建筑基本构架，同时考虑安全，防火，运行控制和监测等问题。

Abstract

The intelligent building design needs a total new method. It is an integration of electronic technology and other related technologies such as structure

system

service and management ones. As for the architecture design itself

it should include the infrastructure accommodating telecommunication

day lighting

lighting and HVAC systems. At the same time

the security

fire safety and operation controls should be considered as well.
