微机控温系统研制
摘要
本文介绍用TP—801单板机控制可控硅的控温系统。通常采用PID算式进行控制
需要整定积分、微分、比例系数
使调试、操作很不方便
而本系统采用简化的扩充临界比例度法
在控制过程中只整定比例系数一个参数。另外采用数字触发
使系统成本降低
同时提高了系统的工作可靠性。本系统具有控制精度较高
升温和降温的线性度好
操作十分方便等优点。
Abstract
This paper introduces a controlled temperature system in which the silicon controlled rectifier is controlled by a TP-801 microcomputer. A common-used PID expression is usually applied to control temperature
but it is necessary to adjust three parameters
making the operation quite inconvenient. This system adopts the measurement of a simplified expanded-critical proportion
only one parameter is necessarily adjusted. In addition
the method of digital triggering is applied so that the D/A transfer and silicon adjuster are omitted
thus decreasing the cost and increasing the reliability of operation. This system has higher precision of control and better degree of linearity of temperature increment or decrement.
