SNAP-BUCKLING OF THIN SHALLOW CONICAL SHELLS UNDER LINE LOADS[J]. Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering, 1996, 18(1): 52-58. DOI: 10.11835/j.issn.1674-4764.1996.01.007.
A theoretical analysis is presented for the snap-buckling behavior of thin shallow conical shells under axisymmetric line loads. By making use of the integral equation method and the modified iteration method
the second approximate formulas of elastic behavior are given. The effects of geometrical parameters and boundary conditions on the snap-buckling behavior are discussed
