随着住房改革的发展，旧房改造热悄然兴起。为使旧房改造得以顺利进行，本文从附属设施、地基处理、旧房部分拆除、新旧结构衔接等四大关系处理方面作了论述。

Following the rapid development of the revolutions in housing system

reconstruction of old buildings is rising.In order to make the reconstruction proceed smoothly

in this paper the author studies the secondary parts

reinforcing foundation

dismantlement of some parts of an old building

linkage of new and old frames

solutions for the four relationships

and others.
