拟运用多目标消去和选择转换算法。在追求多个评价指标优化情况下进行商品房的比选，以确定商品方的优劣档次。以期为房地产交易中心、物价部门对商品房定价分档提供一种定量比选的方法。

This paper discussed applying ELECTRE method to select the Commodityhouses in multi-objection. In order to define the grades of the commodity houses

a quantitative method on pricing the commodity houses according to their grades for Real EstateBusiness Centre or price departments was provided.
