在论述ＩＢ思想内涵的基础上，指出了构成ＩＢＭＳ基本哲量的几个方面－－集成性、整体性、信息观和最优性，并探索了ＩＢＭＳ的发展趋势

Abstract

This paper

on the basis of discussing IB's conntation

proposes the aspects which constitute the fundamental philosophy of IBMS

i. e. integrity. entirety. information and optimality. At last

the trends of IBMS development are explored.
