摘要

论述了建设市场运行机制深化改革的必要性和紧迫性，提出只有深化建设市场主体责任机制、竞争机制、供求机制、价格机制、保障机制和监督管理机制的改革，才能使我国工程质量水平的提高从体制上，从运行机制上得到根本的保证。

Abstract

In this paper the necessity and urgency of reforming the operating mechanism of building market are discussed.It suggests that the improvement of quality of builing engineering in China can be ensured in aspects of system and operating mechanism only through the reforms in responsibility mechanism

competition mechanism

supply and demand mechanism

price mechanism

security mechanism and supervision and control mechanism.
