摘要

通过对我国建筑业规模经济的多元线形回归分析，发现建筑业由于自身行业的特点表面上存在规模经济。规模经济不能解释建筑企业集团成立的诱因，而且可能存在诸多误导。本人认为核心企业拥有技术、管理、信息等方面的巨大优势，通过纵向联合和多角化经营，存在范围经济。在一个知识经济为特征的社会中，范围经济对于指导我国目前的建筑企业集团的组建改制有着重要的意义。

Abstract

According to multivariant linear regression analysis for Economies of Scale of construction industry

the paper argues that it is unreasonable for taking the Economies of Scale as the economical course of Construction Enterprise Group (CEG) as it would misguide us.This paper gives a more reasonable interpretation.There are Economies of Scope only if the core enterprises take advantage of their more advanced technology

more scientific administration

and more valuable message to integrate other enterprises vertically and have multivariant management

and develop Economies of Scope.The Economies of Scope Theory can give us a lot of useful messages for the foundation and resystematizing of CEG.
