摘要

根据笔者亲身参加的重庆市政府配合国家住宅产业化政策的实施所组办的首届“十佳住宅小区”评选的实际需要，建立相应的评判模型，利用模糊数学来全面客观的进行住宅小区的综合评判。

Abstract

This paper introduces briefly the importance of the comprehensive judgement of residential district and how to carry on the work objectively and fairly by fuzzy math. It introduces how to create the model and index system for comprehensive judgement of residential district in the first evaluation work on ten fine residential districts

organized by the Chongqing municipality.
