摘要

运用经济学原理分析了物业管理公司与业主之间的委托 -代理关系模型

并运用模型对目前物业管理收费中存在的问题提出了三种解决思路

Abstract

This paper applies economy principle to analyzing the principal agent model between client and property management company

the model is applied to putting forward three kinds of solutions contributing to solving the problems in present expenses collection of property management company.
