则成为障碍。本文重点论述了绩效反馈的概念、绩效反馈方式
并深入分析了绩效反馈对下属工作行为的影响。最后探讨了绩效反馈时应注意的一些问题
The performance feedback is an important means of motivating. With its efficient and proper application
the subordinates' zeal can be arisen. Otherwise
it may be the hindrance. This paper gives a brief account of performance feedback concept
expounds the mode of performance feedback. Then
it analyzes in depth the effect of performance feedback on the subordinate's work behavior. At last
it points out some problems that should be paid attention in performance feedback.
