围绕西南医院科教影像楼增层改建工程的设计，在肯定了大跨预应力框架应用于该类工程中的优越性的同时，指出了该预应力框架设计中存在的问题。最后，针对框架柱弯矩偏大的问题提出了具体的解决办法。

Around the reconstruction design of the Popular Science Image Building of the Southwest Hospital
