In this paper the general engineering situation of Zunyi TV Building was presented. Then

the determination of indoor design parameters

selection of cooling and heating loads of air conditioning and cold and heat sources units

design of air conditioning systems

control of air speeds and forms of air distribution

control of device noises of air conditioning and decrease of vibrations were introduced.
