摘要

根据系统工程理论知识，利用网络计算技术，针对我国目前资产评估工作的计划控制及直辖市工作中存在的问题，提出了资产评估工作进度控制的概念，并据此进行了较为详细的论述。

Abstract

According to the problems in planning

performing and coordinating of asset appraisal

this paper brings forward a concept of program controlling of asset appraisal. A research on the method of program controlling of asset appraisal based on the theory of system engineering with applying the technique of network planning was carried out.
