摘要

在分析和总结了管理信息系统（MIS）开发中存在的主要问题的基础上提出了管理信息系统开发的新模式。其中，强调并讨论了独立系统应用平台的重要性及组成，这种开发模式的最终目的在于使用户能方便地维护数据库、重构用户应用系统和开发新的应用。

Abstract

This paper analyzes and summarizes the main problem in developing Management Information System (MIS). On this basis

it presents a new model of MIS development. In this model

the authors emphasize and discuss the importance and conformation of independent system application platform. The final purpose of this model lies in making the users to maintain database

reconstruct application system and develop new application conveniently.
