摘要

简单扼要地介绍了投入产出分析及其在日本住宅产业分析中的成功应用和我国住宅产业现状及发展所面临的挑战，论述了对我国的住宅产业和相关行业进行投入产出分析，建立住宅产业与相关行业的系列投入产出模型的重要性，粗略地分析了重庆市住宅产业对重庆市地区经济的影响和对相关行业的诱发作用。

Abstract

This article briefly introduc input-output analysis

and its application to analyzing the housing industry of Japan

and the actuality and challenges in the development of housing industry in China; discusses the importance of analyzing input and output and creating its input-output table between Chinese housing industry and its correlative industries; roughly analysed the influence of the housing industry of Chongqing on its district economy and the action of inducing the development of its correlative industries.
