针对目前我国开展住宅产业化这一形势，在分析和研究国外住宅产业化发展的基础上，本文得出对我们的启示，并提出了在开展我国住宅产业化工作中应突出的重点和应采取的途径。

With the trend of developing industrialised housing in China

based on analyzing and studying the development of industrialised housing abroad

this paper puts forward the enlightenment to us and the emphases

adopted approaches in the development process.
