摘要

水资源是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础，也是研究当今人类社会可持续发展战略的重要组成部分，引人关注。本文从重庆市水资源实际情况出发，针对水资源在开发利用中存在的问题，提出了相应的对策措施，以解决水资源紧缺的问题，从而促进水资源的可持续利用与发展。

Abstract

The water resource is a material base for living and development of human beings

it is also an important component for study of the strategy for sustainable development of the today's society. In this paper

from the situation of water resource in Chongqing

according to the problems in development and utilization of water resource

some countermeasures are suggested to solve the problem of water deficiency and promote the sustainable utilization and development of the water resource.
