摘要

住宅产业是一个具有巨大发展潜力的支柱产业，但资金短缺问题已成为制约该产业发展的一个瓶颈。因此，很有必要探讨我锅住宅产业化融资体系的发展问题。本文针对重庆住宅产业化国际合作项目，一方面在微观层面上提出项目融资方案构想；另一方面又在宏观层面上以住宅产业化项目公司为核心，构建重庆住宅产业化融资体系，从而促使住宅市场与资本市场的融合，推动国民经济的增长。

Abstract

Housing industry is a prop industry with great potential

but it is restricted by shortage of funds. So it is necessary to probe the financing system of housing industrialization in China. This paper puts forward a financing plan for the international cooperative project in industrialized housing in Chongqing. Furthermore

it investigates the concrete financing system of the whole housing industry.
