摘要

针对工程管理人员应用网络计划技术管理工程进度的实际需要，提出了一种不通过或只通过少量计算即可从网络图上直接读取时间参数的方法。

Abstract

This paper provides a simple method of readout of time parameters in network. It will be helpful to planning without calculation or with a little calculation.
