摘要

历史建筑保护方法需要引起人们思考。在总结哈尔滨市对历史建筑保护的一些具体做法之后，提出对近代历史建筑保护的见解，并强调历史建筑保护立法工作的重要性。

Abstract

Preservation of architectural heritages is a very important problem of urban construction in Harbin. After summing up the preserving work in Harbin

the opinions about the work of preserving and reusing the architectural heritages are proposed in this paper. It points out that the legislation is the key in architectural heritage preservation.
