介绍了在地震作用下引起结构扭转振动的主要原因，对比了我国新旧建筑抗震设计规范以及美国、欧洲等抗震规范关于扭转效应计算以及抗扭设计的有关规定，从而为全面了解各国规范结构的抗震设计现状，进一步研究结构的扭转效应奠定基础。

This paper first introduces the main reasons that cause torsion under the earthquake

then compares the provisions of several Codes (Chinese new and old Code

American Code

and European Code) about the torsion effect and anti-torsion design under the earthquake.
