摘要

企业制度的发展主要经历了个人业主制、合伙制和公司制三种形式。当今，公司制成为主要的企业财产组织形式，其原因在于公司制的多元化财产权主体与独立法人地位两大特征使它较其它企业形式更具效率。本文试探讨国有建筑企业通过实行规范公司制改造，以实现调整和完善其所有制结构的目标。

Abstract

The development of enterprise system undergoes mainly three forms: the system of private business

system of co-operative business and company system. Nowadays

the company system has become the main form for organization of the company property because of its two main features-the multiple principal of the company property right and the position of independent corporate make it more effective than other ones. In this paper

the following is discussed: how a national construction enterprise fulfills the objective of revising and improving the structure of the company ownership by carrying out its reform and standardization with company system.
