摘要

当今我国正处在社会转型期，由此产生一些新的社会需求，这些需求对社区产生了较大的影响。在分析了社会转型期的主要特点以及社区在社会转型期的作用和地位的基础上，提出了社区规划要针对这些新的社会需求，从物质和社会两个层面上给人以关怀．并采取相应的对策。

Abstract

China is in period of transformation

so some new social demands appear

producing great influence on society and the function and status of the community in this period. The community plan must aim at the characteristics of the new society's demand and gives the person concern in material and social aspects

some measures at above two points were expounded.
