摘要

结合重庆市御临河综合治理，对三峡库区次级河流综合治理模式进行了探讨，认为应以流域为单元，立足于流域整体的生态经济系统，综合考虑与水环境有关的各个生态、资源、经济要素来规划、保护、改善和利用水环境，以求实现流域水环境的可持续发展。提出了流域化水环境综合治理的目标、原则和措施体系。

Abstract

With the comprehensive harnessing the Yulin River in Chongqing

the harnessing model of the secondary rivers in Three Gorges Reservoir Area is discussed. It is believed that as for the comprehensive harnessing the water environment

the valley should be considered as a unit based on the whole ecosystem in the valley and the comprehensive consideration of the factors

influencing the ecology

resources

economy is needed in planning

protecting

improving and utilizing the water environment

in order to realize the sustainable development of the water environment in the valley. Moreover

the object

principles

measures of comprehensive harnessing the water environment in the valley were given.
