摘要

绿色施工是可持续发展战略在工程施工中应用的主要体现，是可持续的建筑工业的重要组成。文中总结了我国绿色施工技术的应用现状与不足，并从思想认识、技术、经济、管理、制度等方面对其原因进行了分析；在此基础上，提出了提高绿色施工意识、解决经济性障碍、建立和完善法规制度体系和评价体系等促进绿色施工在我国推广的措施建议。

Abstract

Green construction is the main embodiment of application of sustainable development strategy in construction process and is the important part of sustainable construction industry. In this paper

the current state and shortage concerning the green construction in China are described

followed by analyzing the reasons from the viewpoint of cognitions

technique

cost

management and regulation. In this paper

recommendations on countermeasures promoting the application of green construction in China are put forward

which include enhancing the consciousness of participant on green construction

mitigating the economic barriers to application of green construction

establishing and perfecting the regulations as well as setting up the assessment system on green construction.
