摘要

自体外预应力技术产生并应用于桥梁加固以来，现已逐渐成为对既有桥梁上部结构进行加固的一个重要的方法，本文在简要介绍了它的优缺点后，着重阐述了这种方法在应用中的发展和思考。

Abstract

The external prestresing technique has become an important method since it was used in the reinforcement of the upper structure of existing bridge. In this paper

the advantages and disadvantages of this method in brief are introduced and emphasis is put on the consideration and progress of its application.
