摘要

该评价以李克特量表的方式建立舒适度评价指数，利用问卷分别从顾客及银行职员的角度，对中国建设银行深圳市分行网点营业厅环境的舒适度进行综合评价。结果显示，对银行营业厅的内环境设计而言，顾客在温度、空气质量、照明、家具的尺度、空间的宽敞感等方面的舒适感受往往是设计成功的关键；但职员更关心办公环境的拥挤度和家具的舒适度。研究证明，指数评价法是一种易于横向比较、操作简便的建成环境主观评价方法。

Abstract

From the view of clients and staffs of China Construction Bank in Shenzhen

through establishing comfort index by Likert scale

an integrated evaluation on the comfort of the business halls is carried out by questionnaire.It was shown that there were several factors affecting the interior design: for clients

the sense of comfort involved temperature

atmosphere quality

illumination

dimension of furniture and spaciousness etc.

but the staffs more cared for the crowded degree of indoor environment and the comfort of furniture.The research shows that the Methods of Index Evaluation are easy for handling and transverse comparison.
