摘要

城市消防规划作为城市总体规划的重要组成部分，是保障城市建设健康发展，确保城市安全的纲领性文件。文章论述了重庆市构建城市消防规划体系的历程和基本框架，以及在城市公共消防设施建设方面取得的显著成效，提出了加强和完善城市消防规划的措施。

Abstract

The fire plan aiming to create the fire security environment for the development of the city

is an important part of the modern city plan.This article reviews the experience of the fire plan of compilation Chongqing city

discusses its frame

and summarizes its notable effect on the construction of the public fire infrastructure.Some advices on how to improve the urban fire plan is also put forward in this article.
