摘要

介绍了信息不对称理论的基本内容

并对信息不对称理论进行了评述。构建了工程项目管理中的信息模型

对业主和承包商双方在招投标阶段和履约阶段所存在的信息不对称现象进行了重点分析

最后从加强信息网络建设、设计合理的契约、加强政府政策引导、加强诚信建设和培育公正、规范的中介机构及建立项目风险预警机制等方面提出了解决项目管理中信息不对称问题的对策。

Abstract

This paper introduces the basic content of information asymmetry theory and comments on the theory of information asymmetries.It establishes an information model in project management and analyzes the phenomenon of information asymmetries between owner and contractor in the phase of bidding and fulfilling.It presents some countermeasures of resolving information asymmetries in the project management such as building information network

devising reasonable contract

reinforcing government' s guidance

strengthening the good faith

breeding intermediate agency

building the system of early risk warning and so on.
