摘要

随着建造师协会的成立

对建造师协会如何定位是目前十分重要的问题

这既关系到如何有效管理建造师行业

也关系到建造师制度的未来发展。文中从法律定位、行业定位及与政府、会员的关系定位三个方面

就我国建造师协会的定位问题展开讨论

并提出一些建议和个人见解。

Abstract

Along with the establishment of the constructor association

how to locate the constructor association is extremely important at present

which is not only related to the efficiency of the constructor trade management

but also related to the future development of the constructor trade.This paper launches the discussion on the constructor association's localization from three aspects

namely the legal localization

the profession localization and the relation localization with the government and its members

and puts forward some proposals and individual opinions.
