摘要

审计监督在财政监督体系中的地位比较独特，作用比较明显。审计是监督财政、财务收支真实、合法、效益的行为。新修订后的《中华人民共和国审计法》更加强化了审计监督的作用和地位，确立了审计机关的执法主体资格和地位。文中描述了在政府投资和以政府投资为主的建设项目中政府审计的作用与法律地位。

Abstract

Audit takes a unique status and has obvious function in financial surveillance system.The Audit is used to superintend the factuality

validity and virtue of fiscal and financial income and expenses.In the renewed China Audit law the functions and status of official audit have been intensified

and the qualification and status of Audit department as executing office is confirmed.This paper analyzed the official construction project audit's function and legal status.
