摘要

更新度是改造合理性的表现，它包含现状的保留程度和改造后达到的程度两个方面。分析了城市改造中失度的现象，探讨了更新度的基本理论问题，以期在更新中合理把握“度”，提高改造的合理性。

Abstract

Regeneration -degree is the reflection of rationality in urban regeneration

which contains the degree of preserving the current situation and the achieved degree after regeneration. By analyzing unreasonable degree in the urban reconstruction

discussing the renewal elementary theory about regeneration -degree

it is intended to get reasonable degree and enhance the rationality in the urban reconstruction.
