摘要

建设监理作为建筑业分工协作的产物，对我国工程建设作出了积极的贡献。随着建筑业的迅速发展，以及国际、国内形势的变化，对监理行业也提出了更高的要求。本文主要运用归纳、比较的研究方法，评析了建设监理行业可持续发展在思想认识、理论研究、管理体制、法规建设及实际操作等方面存在的问题，并在此基础之上提出了对策建议。

Abstract

As a product of work division and cooperation in construction industry

the construction supervision has contributed actively to China's construction.As the international and home situations have changed

a higher requirement has been put for China's construction supervision sector.Based on the principles of generalization and comparison this paper studies and discusses the existed problems on sustainable development of construction supervision sector in the ideological recognition

the theoretical study

the administrative system

the code building and the practical manipulation

etc.and corresponding suggestions are given on this basis.
